Celebrating 15 years since the return of sovereignty of Hong Kong to China, Hong Kong 15 is a unique event. Showcasing 15 films across two weeks in central London the festival aims to showcase the diversity and creativity of Hong Kong culture through its films.

The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London is responsible for fostering cultural and economic relations with the UK, Russia, Scandinavia and the Baltic states. 「香港15」電影節將播放一系列風格不同的電影，戰士香港電影業的面貌，亦對香港文化表示敬意。
